Frequently Asked Questions

First you must have a Medline account to receive a username, once your account has been created, you can click on the Login button and then click on Register. Then you will see an option that says Create User Login or you may click here.
On the left hand rail under User Preferences, click on My Profile. Update your email address along with other basic profile information.
On the left hand rail, click on Change Password. Enter your current password and then enter your new password. Passwords are case sensitive.
When logged in, you will see your Sales Rep contact information on your My Account homepage on the right hand side.
Your Sales Representative can help with multiple issues related to but not limited to pricing of items, giving additional account access to a user, updating an address on an account, adding or removing items from your formulary list, etc.

To switch between accounts, you may do so by clicking on the blue account number at the top right corner of the page or you may also switch between accounts while in the shopping cart.  When switching accounts while in your cart, you will not lose any previously added items.

Users who are able to manage Patients, may add them either by using the Manage Patients under Other Tools on the left hand rail.  Or also add new Patients during the checkout process in the shopping cart.

Users who are able to manage Clinicians, may add them either by using the Manage Clinicians under Other Tools on the left hand rail. Or also add new Clinicians during the checkout process in the shopping cart.
When logged in, you may find tracking information under Fully Shipped Orders on the My Account home screen. Or you may also search for orders using the Search Orders tool. Once you find your order, click into the order to see the detail. Under the description of the items is where you will see tracking detail.

Yes, if you have a Medline item number, you can add it to a shopping list or to your current order. For more information, please click here.

To find out when an item is estimated to be received into our warehouse, you may click on the order on the My Account home page under Orders Pending Shipment.  Or use our easy to use feature called “Search Backordered Items” under My Orders on the left hand rail.

Note: The dates are when Medline expects to receive the items into our warehouse.  Vendor direct items may not list a date as they are shipping directly from the manufacturer.  To get more intimation, call Customer Service at 1-800-MEDLINE (1-800-633-5463) Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

If you need changes made, immediately call Customer Service after your order was placed at 1-800-MEDLINE (1-800-633-5463) Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

Yes, under Search Orders, find the particular order.  Once you find the order, click on the order number.  You may reorder all items and quantity by clicking on Reorder.  Or you may also select items one by one by selecting the check boxes to the right of the items and clicking Add To Order.

Perform a product search, click on an item number.  Once you are in the product detail page, click on View Alternates.
