a variable adhesive, so the dressing remains secure without the
need for a secondary
dressing. The unique variable tackiness is more adhesive around
the border than at the wound contact area, so the adhesive firmly
attaches the dressing to the patient, yet only very slightly
adheres to the wound bed.
