2009 Event Highlights

On August 17 and 18, 2009 Medline brought together U.S. hospital leaders for its second annual Prevention Above All Forum to discuss improving patient care while reducing cost. More than 100 chief nursing officers, chief medical officers and healthcare quality executives from 34 states attended the two-day forum. A select group of healthcare policy experts and professionals provided guidance and knowledge on patient safety strategies and an innovative portfolio of targeted interventions that translate research findings into practical, evidence-based solutions to improve outcomes.
