Medline Signs 3-Year Purchasing Agreement For Mouth Rinse From Chester Labs

Medline Industries, Inc., the nation's largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies, announced today that it has signed a three-year agreement to purchase mouth rinse from Chester Labs, a manufacturer of liquid products for personal care, infection control and diagnostic use in medical facilities.
"Given recent shortages of mouth rinse in the healthcare market, we are happy to extend our partnership with Chester Labs to continue providing our customers with mouth rinse that meets FDA standards." said Andy Mills, President of Medline.
This agreement will ensure that Medline receives an increased volume of alcohol-free mouth rinse to accommodate its customer needs. Medline distributes the mouth rinse under the "Be Fresh" label to hospitals, medical centers and long-term care facilities nationwide.

Each lot of mouth rinse is tested for microbial contamination of (pathogenic) bacteria such as B. cepacia. All bottles carry a sealed foil cap to protect the integrity of the product.
