Payment Remittance InformationIn our continuing effort to provide exceptional service to our customers, Medline is expanding the accounts receivable process to include five regional lockboxes. All payments should be sent directly to one of our new regional lockboxes. By mid-June, 2007, all invoices will reflect the new remit-to address. For your convenience, the table below lists all US zip codes and their corresponding remit-to locations. Mailing addresses for each lockbox location are also shown below. To find the correct lockbox location for your zip code, match the first three digits of your post office zip code to the zip codes listed in the table.
